Transitioning from the 910R to the 1078RR has brought the 2009 Brutale 15 more HP and 2 kilos more torque. Exciting changes include Brembo monoblock brakes, resized catalysers, slipper clutch, 1078cc engine, improved suspension calibration, instrument panel graphics, and new decals and color schemes. This machine is decidedly muscular in appearance (hence the Brutale name) and is a high performer. Color options are: Pearl White/Gloss Black, Racing Red/Silver, and Black/Anthracite Gray. Like the 2010 Brutale 1090RR, the 2010 Brutale 990R has been revolutionized into a new identity with 85% of its components designed by MV Agusta. Since 2001 the base Brutale model has grown to 910cc, to 989cc, and now to 998cc.
A formidable streetfighter to challenge Japanese naked superbikes, the Brutale 990R's engine and chassis improvements along with its aesthetic refinements are welcome enhancements.

Only 100 units of the hand-built MV Agusta F4CC have been produced. It's special. It's exclusive. The engine is a completely new concept of the existing F4 engine with the four cylinder capacity having been increased to 1078cc. Top speed is electronically limited to 195 mph in order not to exceed motorcycle tire performance and homologation. The bike comes with superb accessories including a Trussardi leather jacket and a Girard-Perregaux watch (only 100 of these specially designed F4CC watches have been made and each one is worth 15,000 Euros).
